User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Hoqwarts.io. By creating an account, you agree to all terms outlined below. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

Platform — the Hoqwarts.io website and all related services.
User — any individual who registers and uses the Platform.
Account — a personal profile created upon registration.
Services — casino games, payment processing, bonuses, and other features provided by the Platform.

3. Account Rules

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of funds.
You must provide truthful personal information.
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not share your login credentials with anyone.
The Platform may suspend accounts that show no activity for 12 consecutive months.

4. Financial Operations

All deposits are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Withdrawals are processed after identity verification is complete.
The Platform is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on balances.
Currency conversion fees may apply.
The minimum withdrawal amount is determined by the chosen payment method.

5. Gameplay

All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG).
Game results are final once confirmed by the server.
In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the server log, the server log prevails.
Maximum bet and win limits are set per game and may vary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including design, software, graphics, text, and logos — is the property of Hoqwarts.io or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be directed to our support team.
We aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to an independent mediator.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, remaining funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned subject to verification. The Platform may terminate immediately in cases of fraud or Terms violation.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of that jurisdiction.
